Geovannie is the co-founder (owner), and CEO of Modern Pavers & More Corp. Geovannie handles most of the funding, business relationships, and project development. Geovannie grew up in the trucking and construction industry, starting to drive Semi Trucks at a very young age after moving to the Southwest Florida area. Geovannie has developed many skills throughout the years, and with nearly 20 years of experience in transportation, visual designs, hardscape, and construction, he can create new perspectives, procedures, and alternatives for any of his customers. His dedication, hard work, and ability to connect with his customers allow him to develop and design amazing spaces. These spaces are unique and tailored to every customer.

Esther Flores
Esther Flores is the co-founder ( owner) and COO of Modern Pavers & More Corp. Esther handles the business's accounting, funding, sales, and daily operations. Esther grew up in Lima-Peru, and from a very young age, she showed characteristics of leadership and communication. Following her older sisters' footsteps, Esther started her studies at the University of San Martin de Porres – Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Human Resources located in Lima, Peru, to move her studies abroad. She has been residing in Southwest Florida for the last 16 years. Esther has a unique passion and dedication for everything she does, displayed in all the Modern Pavers & More projects. With 18 years of experience in Administration, Construction, Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management, Esther has created a detailed service and product for each customer.
